Majella's Brian 'Prof' Lynn talks to Rob Hicks about The Musician Cabernet Shiraz
In, seemingly, a few years, Majella has created a major profile within and without Coonawarra. However, the family's history with wine began decades earlier with the decision to plant vines.
Those vineyards consistantly produced premium grapes much sought after by well-recognised labels. Brian Lynn and his family decided to launch the Majella label in the early nineties. A winery and cellardoor followed.
The success of the label is founded upon first-class fruit, a great sense of family, Prof's marketing mind and his generous, genial nature.
To spend time at Majella, in any sense, is to understand the intrinsic relationship between wine and hospitality. What's more, Prof's been able to put that heady mix into each bottle.
